Secret desire

Rahul was a 16 year old boy who lived in a small town. He had a secret wish that he could not share with anyone: he wanted to dress as a girl. He felt more comfortable and happy in feminine clothes, but he knew that his conservative family and society would not accept him. He sometimes crossdressed secretly when he was alone at home, wearing his sister's dresses and makeup. He felt a thrill of joy and freedom whenever he did that, but he also felt guilty and ashamed.

One day, his school announced that they were going to stage a play for the annual function. The play was a fairy tale about a prince who rescues a princess from a dragon. Rahul's class teacher, Mrs. Sharma, decided to cast the roles randomly by drawing lots. To Rahul's shock and delight, he got the role of the princess. He could not believe his luck. He had always dreamed of wearing a beautiful halfsaree, and now he had the chance to do it in front of everyone.

But he also realized that he could not show his excitement. He had to pretend that he was unhappy and embarrassed by the role. He acted as if he was reluctant and annoyed, and begged Mrs. Sharma to change his role. But she refused, saying that it was too late to make any changes and that he should take it as a challenge and an opportunity to show his acting skills. She also said that it would be fun and humorous to see a boy playing a girl's role.

Rahul felt conflicted. On one hand, he wanted to enjoy the role and express his true self. On the other hand, he feared the ridicule and rejection of his classmates, friends and family. He wondered what they would think of him if they saw him in a dress. Would they laugh at him? Would they bully him? Would they hate him? He decided to play along with Mrs. Sharma's plan, but secretly hoped that something would happen to cancel the play.

The day of the rehearsal came. Rahul went to the dressing room with a nervous smile on his face. He met the other actors who were also in costumes. The boy who played the prince was Ravi, his best friend since childhood. Ravi looked handsome in his royal outfit, but he also looked uncomfortable and bored. He greeted Rahul with a smirk and said, "Hey, princess, you look lovely today." Rahul blushed and tried to act annoyed. He said, "Shut up, Ravi. This is so stupid. I can't believe I have to do this." Ravi chuckled and said, "Come on, Rahul. It's just for fun. Don't be such a spoilsport."

Rahul followed Ravi to the stage where Mrs. Sharma was waiting for them. She smiled and said, "You two look perfect for your roles. Now let's start the rehearsal." She gave them the script and instructed them on their movements and dialogues. Rahul felt nervous as he read his lines. He had to act as a helpless and scared princess who waits for her prince to save her from the dragon. He had to scream and cry and faint in Ravi's arms.

He felt awkward and embarrassed as he tried to act feminine and delicate. He felt Ravi's eyes on him, judging him and mocking him. He wondered what Ravi really thought of him. Did he still see him as his friend or as something else? Did he suspect his secret wish? Did he hate him for it?

But as the rehearsal went on, Rahul started to feel more comfortable and confident in his role. He realized that he was actually good at acting like a girl. He enjoyed the feeling of wearing the gown and tiara, which fit him perfectly. He liked the way Ravi held him gently and looked at him with admiration. He felt a strange warmth in his chest whenever Ravi spoke to him or touched him.

He forgot about his fears and worries for a moment. He forgot that he was pretending to be someone else. He forgot that he was on stage in front of everyone. He forgot that he was Rahul, a 16 year old boy who wanted to dress as a girl.

At last the day of the play has come. Rahul's mother and his teacher made him wear lehenga and the jewellery. He was embarrassed and also excited. All the jewellery and the long hair send waves of pleasure through his spine. He felt like a girl, moreover a princess. He went to the stage and did the play. All the audience applaud for his play. He was happy for their reaction. Then he went to home and slept with the Halfsaree.

The next day he was in shock. His mother sat with him on the bed and asked him that is he loving to wear girls clothes. Then with all the courage he said yes. Then his mother felt happy and took another Halfsaree she bought secretly and said to wear it. From today he will only dress as a girl and act like a girl on the holidays, said his mother. Rahul was happy by hearing that and hugged his mom.

The end

Twisted Desires

I always dreamed of having a beautiful daughter but I only have a son who is adorable and cute but this desire to having a daughter is not leaving me. My husband lives in foreign for business, so he doesn't know what's happening, then I decided to have a mom and daughter time together with my son dressing him as a girl.  First I convinced him that there is a tradition where the boy in the family has to dress as a girl for a few days, although he is not ready to do this he can't dare to go against me. So, I can make him however I want and my imagination is not stopping at all. Scene: Beautician's Salon - Piercing Day Mother: (Eyes sparkling) He's going to look like a little princess, don't you think? Beautician: (Smiling nervously) Of course, dear. He's a beautiful boy. This dress… it's exquisite. Mother: I know, right? I've been planning this for months. Every detail, every accessory… it has to be perfect. Son: (Whispering to himself) Perfect… Mo...

It’s all in the stars

It started with a horrific industrial accident. My dad was a manager at a steel plant; while inspecting heavy industrial machinery, a chunk of it fell on him, and crushed him to pieces. If that wasn’t enough devastation, my mom, while sorting out our financial situation, found that my dad had a gambling problem that he had expertly hidden from us. The company he had worked for were misers. The paltry sum they provided us as compensation for their shoddy working conditions went towards paying off the loan sharks. With our bank accounts wiped off and abysmal job prospects for my mom who never held a job or went to college, we had to pack our bags and leave town. We moved in with my Grandma who lived in a small town far away from Chennai, the city I had lived all my life. Then there was my grandmother who thought the words of her Astrologer’s were the words straight from God. The Astrologer told her that I had a Dosha — a blemish in my horoscope called “Pitra Dosha”. Pitra Dosha is believ...

A LESSON FROM MOM

Once there was a mischievous 10-year-old boy named Rohan. He lived in a small Indian village with his mother and father. Despite his parents' efforts to discipline him, Rohan was always getting into trouble. He would sneak out of the house at night to play with his friends, or cause mischief in the village.                                                                         Rohan with his mom One day, his mother had had enough. She decided to teach Rohan a lesson in humility and discipline. She forced him to dress as a traditional Indian girl, complete with long hair extensions, flower garlands, and a half saree.                            Rohan hair style  Rohan was mortified. He begged his mothe...
